Refund & Return Merchandise Policy:

Refund Policy: You must return item/s within 30 days of date of delivery to obtain a refund or exchange, and with all the needed information to make a refund or exchange possible.

Return Policy: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless Heathers Treasures 4U mailed the wrong item or the item has an obvious defect. If you do not want an exchange and all returned item/s meet the requirements for returned item/s then you will be credited back for the item/s.

All items are checked before leaving our distribution center to avoid mailing defective items.

1. Mail the item back with all original tags on the garment, in its original packaging, unworn and unused. Please provide a note in the returning package with this information. Please include my company name and your name & address and why the exchange or return.

Reason for return: Wrong size, color etc. or did not want item.

2. There are no refunds on shipping charges. You will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee for your exchanged item/s. You will be charged a shipping fee to have your exchanged item/s returned to you.

3. Your credit card will be credited within 5 - 20 business days from receipt of return of the item/s.

4. If you paid in the form of paypal your paypal account will be credited within 5 - 20 business days from receipt of return of the item/s.

5. If you paid in the form of a money order or personal check you will receive payment in the form of a Bank Money Order within 5 - 20 business days from receipt of return of the item/s.

We will REFUSE unauthorized returns! Unauthorized returns are those that are returned after the 30 days from the date of delivery and/or those returns that do not have all the needed information to make a refund or exchange possible. All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached if item came with tags. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. If the returned item/s have been worn or damaged NO refund or exchange will be given.

The following items cannot be returned due to health regulations. Clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned as they may have been drastically reduced, and are often one of a kind.

For health reasons, panties / thongs / g strings attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment.

*Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.*

Cancellation Policy: There will be a 15% cancellation fee on orders that have already been processed and are ready for shipment. There will be NO cancellation fee if an order is canceled within 2 hours of placement of the order. After 2 hours orders cannot be cancelled as they are in our distribution stream.

Out Of Stock Items:

We try very hard at Heathers Treasures 4U to keep all items in stock. During the Holiday Season some items become out of stock. If the item is out of stock you may order an out of stock item, item will be shipped when the item is restocked (usually in 2-3 weeks) may be longer during the Holiday Season. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your item is in stock and ready to ship.

A separate Shipping Charges will apply for shipping an out of stock order. Unless you choose to wait for your item to be restocked and then your order will be shipped together. Your card will be charged at that time.

Paypal, Money Orders or Personal Checks are NOT accepted on out of stock orders waiting to ship.

Delivery: I Ship Monday - Friday. Please allow 24 hours for processing of orders.

Orders are ready to ship within 1 business days after processing. Most Orders ship same day after processing.

There is a wait of 7 - 10 business days for Checks to clear Bank before order will ship.
